Welcome to the forums from the Wiregrass! Is that serial from the butt of the gun? It should also begin with a K which may be separated by significant distance from the numericals. Presuming the serial is K407xxx, the gun was likely shipped in 1960. Considering the condition as you have described it (pictures would be better), it would likely command around $700 around here. More with box, papers and tools.

Just FYI: Without the 4th screw that model 15 would usually be stamped 15-2. However it's not an uncommon anomaly. I only mention this because since it has the 2nd change (no 4th screw) it's fairly certain that it has the -1 first change which is left hand threads on the extractor rod.
So if you buy the gun, and ever want to remove the rod for cleaning or whatever, you'll know. To confirm left hand threads, look for this groove behind the checkering on the tip of the rod:

Your name suggests you run a pawn shop. IMO (non expert) A $700 asking price would be about full blown retail and you certainly couldn't pay that if your plans involve reselling it. I would be shopping at $500 and no more than $600 at most. I expect a dealer would pay no more than $350 as a wholesale price. But understand values are subject to many variables and all we offer here are opinions.
