Interesting S&W Paper Products-Pre and early Post War
I recently acquired some S&W Products-All Model Circulars (AMCs), Dealer Price Lists and Ads. Most of these I had not seen before or even knew that there were AMCs and Catalogs at the same time. I have scanned in the front and back. Anyway, I thought they were interesting and decided to share them with the viewing audience. I hope you enjoy them!
1930 AMC Note the 38/44 Super Police!
1935 Dealer Price List AMC
1936-1937 Dealer Price List AMC
Stoeger Arms Ad-Probably 1937/38-Note 4" HD listed
1937 AMC with 4" HD listed and Model of 1926
1942 AMC With No Prices Listed
1943 AMC
1945 AMC
Feb 4 1946 Letter To Customers, Dealer, Distributors
1946 Letter with Pricing on Back Side-Note the Masterpiece Line Listed
I hope you enjoy these, most of these I have not seen in the almost 50 years of enjoying S&Ws!
Bill

Bill—In my time here I don’t think I have ever seen a .22 Straight Line mentioned.

They kind of look like the pages out of old Gun Digests.

I try to read all those threads because they are so interesting despite the fact that have never handled or shot any of the type of guns commonly mentioned there, much less even seen one!
I will go back and look and do some searches.

the only one that is an ad is the Stoeger. The rest are S&W products and most have 4 pages but I decided to cut down the length and only do the front and back.

Its amazing to realize that those prices were at least 2 weeks worth of labor for many folks! As Bob Hope said, "Thanks for the memories".

Thanks for the history lesson. Interesting that they were offering the RM for sale during the war. If memory serves me correctly, the last RM shipped in 1942. Or NRM. Also, the price of the RM stayed at $60. I’ll take 100, pls.

First one is for the British agent, Parker-Hale, who held the agency for a long time, until handguns were finally banned in Britain,
