I have seen reference to steaming small dents out of wood previously. Can some of you who do this frequently explain how it's done?

Thanks,
Bill

Take a wet rag (not sopping) and lat it over the dent, then apply your heat source (Iron?) to the rag. A soldering iron works pretty good for a heat source too.

+1

I've done this lots of times, exactly as Curtis describes, and it works great. I usually steam it up above flush, let it dry a day or two, then sand and refinish.
