6" barrel? Assuming that is the case, it is a K-22 Masterpiece that probably shipped in early 1949, with the usual caveat about them not shipping in serial order.
Value would depend on condition, etc. Pictures might help with that aspect.

I'd guess yours shipped btw Nov 48 and Jan 49. But like JP@AK said they did not ship in s/n order.
Value, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. ROM would be btw $600 and $900. It would help if the target grips were original to the gun but only a letter would determine that.
Check out gunbroker and guns international as well as the guns for sale on this forum to get a feel for current pricing.

Well, I have 61,XXX and it shipped in December, 1948. It is almost certain that it was manufactured in 1948. There was a list done for K serial number range revolvers and it was clearly documented as manufacturing dates, but some members claim it is not true. Anyway, 1948 manufacturing serial number range on that list states that K18,732 through K73,123 were made in 1948.
The Target stocks could have been original to a 1948 Masterpiece since there some estimates that place the introduction of these stocks at late 1948, but others say 1949. They would not have had serial numbers stamped on the right stock since Target stocks did not need hand fitting.

Yes. I think both Mike and Gary are correct. Late 1948 or early 1949 would be the likely ship date. I agree with Gary that it was probably assembled in 1948.

Thank you all for your generous contributions! Sooooo now I've put these T grips on my JP mdl 10 and the perfect diamond standard grips from it on the K 22. They were not numbered to my 10 anyway and I was going to buy a set of T grips for the10 online. Though not numbered to the K 22 at least they are period correct ?? I have rather lg hands so I'm happy. Today's market influence I'm going to ask $800.00 ( I would also accept more..LOL)for the .22 and see what happens............Trader

As for value, there is no way to tell without some pictures. Also, the standard Magna stocks underwent some changes during the years from 1946 to 1967, so a picture of yours would help to see if they are 1948 stocks or not?

Those are post 1968 target grips. Your K22 has the standard hammer. A target hammer is much wider and is longer.

The condition looks very nice, but there are a ton of them around in near new condition still today. If there is no wear on the barrel, $800 might be good for original stocks, but without them, I would think you are closer to $700 - $750 tops if you want to sell it without a long wait.
A collector would want to find a set of excellent condition Magnas for the gun and that could cost $100 to $150 extra to put the gun back in original configuration. A shooter likely will keep it as is, but they typically pay less than a collector.
Here are a couple that sold recently on GB. Remember that high asking prices you find on GB and other sites most often end up not selling.
