Default Engraved M Frame Ladysmith

I posted a few days ago about this neat little M Frame Ladysmith. It arrived this afternoon and I took a few pictures that are a tad better than the ones I had. I likely paid too much for it, but hey, when was the last time you saw an engraved specimen? At any rate, I am very pleased with it.

As I stated previously, I have no idea who might have done the engraving work on this. But IMO it is very professionally done. It had to have been very tedious work to perform such "small" engraving on a tiny revolver. I believe the engraving is considerably more recent than the manufacture date, most certainly not done at the factory. The gun has been refinished, also not by the factory, but the refinish was also very professional.

I have uploaded a number of pictures to an album on this forum. For those interested in seeing more, the link to the album is: http://smith-wessonforum.com/members...ladysmith.html

I'm hardly a lady... but that one would look mighty fine in my grubby paw! That is a beauty. Congrats!

Wow, I don't usually get gender-specific about S&W revolvers, but she's drop-dead gorgeous.

Congrats Charlie.

The more I see photos like this, the more I wish S&W would reintroduce this Model. I would like it in 25 ACP.
