Model 1950 Pre-Model 22
Saw one of these for sale. It's very tempting for a shooter because the barrel has been replaced and looks like a high quality job. My concern, the replacement barrel doesn't have lock-up for the front of th ejector rod. So the ejector rod is not supported at the front. Leaving only one lock-up point. Some of the older Colt revolvers are like this. Would/could this be a deal breaker?

Is this the one on the auction site? It was brought to my attention somewhere and I though I replied. I am following this one and might actually bid on it if it doesn’t get stupid.
First, whoever did the work has done a very nice job on the barrel and crown.
Second, I have a spare Model 1950 Target barrel that needs the rest of the revolver!
