Default How do I request a letter from S&W
What is the process to request a letter on S&W pistol? I have an S&W revolver in 32/20 which appears to be made in early 1920's.
Does any one have address or phone number to contact?

Default Moratorium
There is currently a moratorium on letters. The back log had gotten pretty big and times were up to about 16 weeks or longer.
Think what I read said they will start taking requests again in January.

The moratorium begins 09/27/21. If your request is postmarked before then, it'll be done as soon as possible.
Get it done and mailed soon!
