Default K22 sight: windage adjustment procedure?

I acquired a 1938 K22 Outdoorsman at yesterday’s gunshow. I found detailed instructions for adjusting the rear sight for elevation in this forum, thank you Ralph Tremaine. I want to make sure that I can make windage adjustments properly as well. There are tiny screws on both sides of the rear sight blade. If I want to move the blade to the left, I assume I should loosen the left screw first (counterclockwise) then move the right screw clockwise, then snug the left screw back down to prevent movement. Is this correct? I am eager to shoot this one, it feels like butter in both SA and DA. Thanks for your guidance.

Yes, the procedure you describe is correct to move the blade to the left. Enjoy your Pre war K22. They are fun to shoot!

You're welcome!!

And if I failed to mention it before, one full turn of a sight adjusting screw changes point of impact by one inch for each 10 yards of range.
