K22 Masterpiece
It's all i have seen lately on the forum is that people are finding alot of K22, so it didn't surprise when i found this one. An old friend called and told me that his uncle had a gun for sale. I have several K22 and i wasn't looking for another but i couldn't pass it up. ser# K206586 dates to April 1954, it also has the gold box and the helpful hint paper work. everything is numbered where it should be even the box.
I was wondering if someone could tell me what the proper tool kit
should be. thats the only thing it's missing. thanks for looking...

Only thing else they came with was Nox-Rust paper and the knurled screwdriver.

Hello
The Proper tool Kit would be a 6" Aluminum Rod, Bronze cleaning Brush, Cotton .22 swab and the Elusive Black oxide Knurled handle screw driver as shown. Hammerdown

I think Sebago Son is right. Two's better than one. That's a great revolver you have there. Would you sell it to me? 1954 is my birth year and I don't have a single S&W made then. Whadaya' say ? No, didn't think so. Never know till you ask...
