Pictures: you can either use the "manage attachments" option a little lower on the page where you compose a post, or you can follow these instructions:

http://smith-wessonforum.com/smith-w...ew-format.html

Your 32-1 was first manufactured in the early '60s. I think you got a very good price on it. You probably know that before model numbers were introduced this gun was called the .38/.32 Terrier. That means .38 caliber gun on a .32 caliber frame. The company had introduced a .38 caliber version of the Regulation Police before WW2 on its small .32 caliber I-frame; it had a square butt. The Terrier was the short-barrel round-butt version. Reintroduced after the war, it became the Model 32.

These are attractive and interesting little guns. I'm glad you like it. I'm also glad I had this chance to point out how to get pictures in your posts. Hint, hint.

I want to think because of it's Lower velocity and slightly Larger Diameter Bullet....If you Price any commercial .38 S&W ammo you will quickly see it draws a "premium price" as well compared to the common .38 Special Ammunition out there...Hammerdown
