Is anyone aware of documentation of S&W N Frame Revolvers Produced by Model Number, Finish, Year, etc.?

Hi Don,

Thanks. I'm looking for production totals per model. e.g 20,000 29-2 in nickel. If barrel length is included, even better.

The numbers you are looking for do not exist. S&W's manufacturing records (50s and 60s at least) were only kept by model without noting the finish or the barrel length. Also, those numbers have never been compiled except on a very limited basis.
