Default Price Check Please - Model 19-3 6" Hard Chrome 1st of 2 Model 19s

Could you please give an idea of the value of this model 19. It is in very good condition. Serial Number = K901209. I think it was made in 1969. Did S&W make any hard chrome finish model 19s or was it a refinish?

Thanks in advance.

There should be pictures as attachment files - but I don't see them. Will try and add.

I am unaware of S&W ever using such a finish. To me this gun would be worth no more than $200 as a work gun and really, I wouldn't buy it at any price. But that's me. Someone else may think it beautiful and pay more.

That is a re-finish, although I happen to like the look of hard matte chrome. I would guess you could get $350-450 for it.
