Default What "dash" number drilling and tapping Model 10

At what dash number did they start drilling and tapping the Model 10 for the addition of optics? Was it before the lock, after the lock, or at the same time as the lock.

I don't think they ever drilled fixed sight revolvers for a scope mount. Adjustable sight guns, except J frames, were drilled and tapped starting around 1993.
