My dealer has 2 model 28s both blued, both 6",both $500, and both have great finishes.The difference is the one has target stocks and red ramp and is pinned and a -2 I have fondeled it and it feels nice and tight. The other has magnas and a black ramp not sure if its a dash or pinned but I do recall the cyclinder did not want to swing out when I worked the thumb piece. Is one better or more desirable than the other, I am leaning more towards the first model mentioned. Any good advice or opinions wanted. Thank you.

The 28-2 is a great gun and all things being equal finish wise and the other gun having problems opening I would buy the 28-2.
