vintage paperwork questions

does anyone know what warranty card is correct for a 1973 s&w? i cannot figure out if it is coded s&w5 or s&w123 also did they use the black cover 1972 ammo flyer or the blue one in 1973?and finally did they use holster brochures in 73 the oldest i have seen is 1974.
