Does any one know a value for it 6" new in factory box I just opened it for the first time and saw the pin, I know it is rare but don't know how rare? Please help me.

They are not rare, but they are harder to come by than the blued guns by a large margin. The 6" is the most common of the three original barrel lengths for these guns. The 4" and the 8 3/8" guns were only made for one year ('81) so they are more desirable than the one you have, but I would say that your gun should bring between $800 to $1000 for NIB right now.

Didn't just look at it, didn't take it out of the box, thought is was without pin until last week, when we opened it to check the box, we found a gun in the old soft box that had gone bad. So we are checking all the N frames in the wood boxes.
