Default Model 28-2 - date of manufacture?

Posted this earlier in the 1980-Present folder but realize it should have been here, and idont know hot to move it....any help is greatly appreciated:

Hello all,

Been a while since I posted here. I am starting to reload and was looking around local stores for a used beefy 357 to practise my reloads in to avoid hurting my 66-2 that I love.....and well I found a 28-2, 6 inch with Pachy's on it (no box or original grips) blued but in great shape, looks new really...for $350 out the door! I think that is an awesome price from what I saw online....really thought I would end up with a Taurus or Rossi for what I wanted to spend...

Anyways....the serial starts is N2373XX......any idea of date of manufacture?

Thanks in advance!
