I figured out TT,TH and TS but been scratching my head about WW/RO.

Actually you have it transposed somewhat. It is RR (red ramp front sight) and WO (white outline rear).

OK, seriously, I have no idea. But just a hunch, could you have transposed some letters? RR is Red Ramp, referring to the front sight. WO is White Outline, referring to the rear sight.

I think "WW" is what Elmer Fudd called a red ramp insert.
