A little over three weeks ago, I sent off a request for a factory letter on an early M-57. Since this is my first letter request, I don't have any idea of how long it takes to get a response. Out of curiosity, does it typically take only a few weeks to receive a reply, or does it take several months or more.

It usually takes four weeks to receive a factory, but Mr. Jinks has been our of the office for the past three weeks and just got back a few days ago. To be on the safe side, I would say six weeks for your letter.

That is just my opinion.

Maybe more, Roy said he was 300 letters behind when he returned. Plus I note the members don't seem to keep it to 5 date requests per day.
