Is a M12 frame blued?
I was looking at Model 12 pictures online the other day. From what I understand, the frame is Aluminum but it looked blued on the pics but that can't be (can it?) How did they finish the frames back then (dates c. 1977).

The aluminum M12 is, and always has been, anodized and dyed black.

Frame only, the rest of the external parts are blued steel.
