Model 67 No Dash/added range results 9/16/10
I was lucky to find this model 67 no dash at my local dealer. It followed me home for $215 out the door. It has a 3K59XXX serial number that dates it around 1972. How did I do?
Range results @ 10 yards with handloads.

Yikes! I'd be happy to get one for twice that in these parts. Looks great. Nice snag.

At that price it was practically a gift.

You did great on the find and got a great deal. The early models with the stainless sights seem harder to come by. My 67-1 does not have the stainless sights, I know some say there is a light refection issue with the rear stainless sights but I think they look great.

Wow! That is a super Deal. Congrats!
I love my 67 no-dash. With 148gr wad cutters, it is the most accurate of all my revolvers. Pretty much shoots clover-leafs if I do my part.

NICE!
You did good. At that price you should go and buy a lotto ticket
I picked one up at one of the local pawn shops recently and it wasn't nearly as nice as that at $300.
You got yourself a really nice shooter. Now you'll have to be on the lookout for a model 15 to keep it company.

It just so happens that the 67 was welcomed home by this 15-5.

I've been resisting the urge to aquire a 15/67 for some time now as I'm on an Airweight quest. However, you messed that up for me. Nice score and shooting!

I paid twice that for this 67 no dash:
It's the most accurate .38 special we own. My wife put a set of stags on it for nostalgia:
Under the different light, it looks like two different guns, but they are one in the same.
