Default No Dash Model 57 4" Nickel

Is $700 for a like new no dash Nickel 4" Model 57 a good deal? It does not come with box or papers.

Hard to get a like new revolver for that price. I'd snag it quickly at that price. The new model pales miserably in comparison to the oldie.

Mr. Vfeldman. Them .41 mags are addicting! Have 4 and need my Mountain Gun back. Sell the Springer and buy both. The SA can be easily replaced, unlike the 57 & 58.

So, was $700 a good deal for this pistol? I will post some more pics when I get it next week.

I bought some brass today, and hope to get some dies and bullets in a few weeks..

Yes, it was a good deal. Maybe not a screamin' good deal, but a good deal nonetheless. I paid $800 at auction 2 years ago for one in the presentation case with papers. At the time, I felt I had paid fair market price.
The economy has put more collectible guns into circulation, and at better prices than in recent memory. Right now is the time to take advantage if you can. Wish I could.
