I sense a question trend here...
This one shipped in 1973. What kind of Colt is to its right?
Hope this is helpful.

Thank you it was. Good eye for only the sight showing, the colt is a D.S. It was my dad's off duty & plainclothes gun.

Hello, can anyone please tell me the age of my gun?
It is a 38 Special Model 15-3 (2" Barrel) with serial number of 8K26837?
Also, is it ok to run (+p) ammo through it? I know it does not have a (+p) on the barrel, but wondered if this Model could.
Thanks, Dgun
