Default markings on early Model 57

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what these markings indicate, if anything? Caliber, capacity, barrel length? What's the "Q" for? I'm just real curious.

Thanks,
Brad

Brad - other than the serial number, the other marks are assembly and inspection marks.
You should find a number on the left side of the grip frame and inside the sideplate that matches the crane number.
Most likely, "Q" is an inspection mark
