Can anybody here tell me by the serial numbers on two S&W J-Frames about what year they were made?

Model 60 (no dash on it, not pinned, 1 7/8" barrel)- R2904xx

Model 36-1 (3" barrel, pinned) - J4646xx

Any help would be appreciated!
