what model rear S&W sight does this

sight go on. 1 11/16" between front anchor screw and
rear adjusting screw. little longer distance then K frame.

It could be either a K or N Frame sight, they are identical. S&W changed the location of the sight screw hole slightly forward at one time in the late 1960s-1970s to get the frame screw hole over the barrel shank instead of directly over the barrel-cylinder gap as it had been.
