Lower left is a 19-5 with maple Ahrends grips

Upper right is a 64-2 with Ahrends boot grips

Looks like you got the snubbie bug.

I've been looking for a "reasonable" 66-1 snubbie...

Yea, I'm kinda a prostitute for a snub K or a good 1911. I also have a 66-1 2.5" but it's at Smith getting the barrel replaced. When I bought it the weapon came with an extra barrel. The original had the worst erosion I've ever seen! The bottom of the forcing cone was paper thin! Got a 19-3 2.5", a 66-5 3.25", and a 66-7 2.5" to round out the K snub collection.

Nice to see a few 2.5" 19's...SELDOM see the two and a half inch guns out here in MT. I had to really search for the lone 19-2 short gun that I have in the collection.

You have had a VERY GOOD past two months I'd say!

As I age (gracefully, I hope) my taste in revolvers has changed also. I seem to like more models with the shorter tube than I used to. Over the years I have had a couple of 36's, a model 60 and a couple of 2 1/2" 19's. Lately I"ve been thinking on picking up a few more snubs as they become available to me.

Your collection is nice and it appears you have caught "the bug". Never can tell where this will lead or how much it will cost you. Good luck.
