I have a 66-1, a 67-1 and a 15-1,
But, When I hear dash 1 the 4 screw blue and nickel guns manufactured between 1959 and 1960 come to mind like the 15-1 above.
The first model marked "pre dash" guns were 4 screw guns with the same right hand threaded ejector rod as its predecessors.
The "Dash 1" improvement incorporated a left hand threaded ejector rod that tightens down as the cylinder turns counterclockwise,
Previous clockwise threaded rods when loose could cause the cylinder to tighten up or stop turning.
The dash 2 revision incorprated the elimination of the trigger guard screw and a changed cylinder stop .
Stainless guns were not in production yet and so have a different timeline.

58-1
I realize that this doesn't fit in this forum (1961-1980) and some will want me banned for the posting of a 2010 model with a hole in it, but I got a note at the top of the page when I signed in, that I hadn't posted for awhile so here goes:
This is the only -1 that I have -

May be usless but it sure is cute:
34-1 I picked up locally.
Do I have any use for it? probably not.
Wait! Maybe if I dressed it up with pink pearl stocks my wife might take a shine to it:
