Barrel length and round or square butt will be helpful in this process.

Kinda apples to oranges but saw a NIB 3" 65-5 listed on another board for $750.
A 65-1 may up the price but if your's is a 4" it may be worth less due to 3" seemingly more popular with shooters but the less numbers produced may be worth more to collectors.
I need to check the SCSW.

If it is a 3" version and really New-In-Box, I would say North or $700 - $750 sounds about right. The 3" version is my personal favorite carry .357 Revolver because of its size, concealability and ability to still be controllable with full house Magnums. The 4" SB does not command the same premium price, and I would say maybe $500 for that one. If it is a 3" NIB and you can put the grabs on it for a good price, go for it! They are getting a bit hard to find in pristine condition these days.
Years ago, I chose the M65 3" over the more "sexy looking" M66 (2 1/2" RB) because of the following:
The 3" bbl length does make a difference over the 2 1/2" in .357 Magnum.
I prefer a fixed sight gun for concealed carry.
The M65 does not have the under-lug which makes it a bit lighter for all day carry, and a bit less bulky too.

Steve;
Welcome to the Forum. Your model 65 is probably a 4" square butt gun, and I would guess it would go for around $450 or a little higher to the right collector. There are plenty of shooter-grade (ex-law enforcement) guns of this type presently in the $250-300 range. The model 10 was made in 2, 4, 5 and 6" barrels and values would vary between $350 to $400 or a little higher. We like photos . Hope this is helpful.

Beautiful guns. The model 65 has target stocks that may have been added on later; these usually came with the service or Magna stocks, like your model 10. Hope this is helpful.
