Default What does this stamp mean

I recently acquired a 3" model 10-7. Not a pencil barrel like my 10-5. On the frame below the cylinder is a stamp "C.A.I GEORGIA V.T."
Does anyone know what this means?

Thanks,
Jim

This is called an import stamp. Your gun left the country at some point, and was reimported by Century Arms International (CAI).

Thanks, I was just curious about it. I dont see a lot of 3" model 10's around here so I bought it without worrying about the stamp. It looks to have a fair amount of holster wear, but not shot very much

A number of these just came back from Australia, so if yours arrived recently it is probably one of this group.
