Red face Whatta SUPRISE>> There WAS room for one more, so I HAD to give it a home!!

27-2, 3 1/2" .. A shooter for sure. somebody did one heck of an action job on this one.. including jeweling the Hammer and Trigger.. As smooth as any Python I've owned..

Sorry for the crummy pic.. too late to set up the Photo Box..

And NO RAGS... this does NOT make # 48 !!!

Nice gun, looks like a good shooter. The blue is nice and the jeweling would almost qualify taking it to a barbeque. What ser no range is it? Larry

Nice solid 27-2, in great shape (other than the 'jeweling' - not for me personally), grips look fantastic and minimal wear.

Vintage?

Those can probably be saved. Hamilton Bowen had a set refurbished for a Model 29 he reworked for me. They were a fright when I sent the gun, but when they returned they had some of the best color I have ever seen on color case-hardened small parts. Don't know what it cost in my case since it was included in the bill for other work on the gun, but you might ask him. Always a shame throw away nice old parts, especially since they are obviously fitted to your gun.

WRONG, I usually end up buying. How do you think he's always got money for 27s? Ok, I'll admit, he did break down and buy last time and I still owe him an adult beverage from the SWCA meeting.
Yup and it's always my fault.

As per usual, I will be in the minority but I kinda like the looks of the hammer and trigger.

Sure, original is best but that ship has sailed, IMHO. Besides, didn't you say it's a shooter for sure?
