Default Model 66- Wisconsin State Patrol

Any one have one of the model 66's issued by the Wisconsin State Patrol back in the late 70's?

Would also be issued in any other's issued by the WSP. I know they also issued model 28's and what appears to be a model 15. (see attached image) If it's not a model 15 anyone know what it is?

It's a Combat Masterpiece. The same model became the Model 15 after they started using numbers. Judging by the hammer style it dates to the early 1950s.
