Looks like the 27-2 was shipped around 1977-1978 and the 57 around 1975.

Well, showing off a bit with those pictures! Can't blame you, those are really nice. Been looking for a nickle 27-2 myself.

Congrats, both are very nice.....but the 4-inch, M-57 No-Dash is a veeery hard to find gun.....and that one looks to have virtually no turn ring or any wear at all.
I'm envious!!! Great find on both .... you would do well to hang onto them both, but if you ever want to sell the M-57 please remember me.

You've been a very busy boy Jebe. They are both Niiiiiiice !!!
Looks like another one has the bug. Addicted to S&W wheel
guns. No known cure BTW.

Unless you reload the .41mag is expensive to shoot because the rounds are hard to find and are costly. But there is a kinda' cult following for the .41mags ...... not as many people are looking for or wanting that calibre, but there are those that actively seek 'em out.

Congrats Jebe, That's a beautiful M-57. It seems to be stealing the show from the M-27 which is also beautiful. Enjoy.
