Can I guess?  I want to guess 1967 or early 1968. I think we were seeing R1 serial number during 1968, with the 400,000s never to return.
I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

Does your model 60 have case colored h&t? Looks like mid to late 60's

According to Mr. Jinks, serial number 477,181 was shipped in November 1966.
