Default Performance Center 66-3

I have recently obtained a Performance Center 66-3 with a serial number of PCP 0004. The revolver has no box and is in 95% condition. Anybody have any related info. and maybe a value? I paid $500.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the nice M66.
The SCSW says there was a M66 PC .357 magnum "F Comp" with some reported with the PCP serial prefix. It says they came with a 3" full lug barrel, dovetailed tritium dot front sight with adjustable rear sight, tuned action, round butt frame with Uncle Mike's rubber boot grips, counter bored 6 shot fluted cylinder and contoured cylinder release.. There was approximately 300 made and they were introduced in 1993.
Does this sound like your's?

Let me add, the book says suggested retail was $740 and it would probably sell for more than that now. You got a great deal.

Thanks for the info! That's exactly the model I have. It must have some trigger work also because it's the smoothest I've ever worked. Off to the range tomorrow!

The trigger is very smooth, its one of the big features of the Performance Center.

That's it Wheelgun. I thought $500 was a good deal, but wasn't really sure what I had. Now if I could just find a 29-2 in 8 3/8 for good money. Addicting this gun collecting is!
