Default Pink Grips!

Picked this model 38 up awhile back at a gun show. No one seemed interested, maybe due to pick grips. Got it for out the door $375. I figure the Crimson Trace laser grips are worth at least half of that. Anyway, the wife likes it and now uses it as her carry gun. Could one of you tell me about when it left the factory?
# is J5790xx.
Thanks in advance....

For the life of me I can't figure out why that was not snatched up the second the show opened.

Thanks for the quick response. Would have been neat if it was the year she graduated from high school. Came mighty close though.

I thought it strange to. Was with my 10 year old and she thought Mom might not like it. After three full laps around the show it was still there and he took a few dollars off so "we" bought it.

I think we are on track. Give them something they like and they are more likely to carry it.

If a pistol could be embarassed by its appearance, that would be the one.

I dunno, have you seen the glow-in-the-dark green Zombie grips from Hogue? They come in J-frame round butt Bantams and Monogrips and in K/L round butt monogrips.
