i have a smith 7 wesson model 60 serial number r125118 2 in. snubbie, does any one know what year it is ?

Welcome to the Forum. It probably shipped in 1974 as it is early in the SN range in the '74-'77 time frame as wetdog mentioned. S & W always goes by ship or sales date rather than when it was produced. Hope this is helpful.
