I've had to work harder and more hours than usual all summer and it took away my time and desire to do any leather work. But when I come on the forum and see the beautiful holsters posted by guys like Turnerriver and phenson's masterpieces by Carla Van Horne it makes me want to go out to the shed and start cutting.
Their pictures of some flap holsters made me want to try one for the first time so this past week I took the time to put one together.
Here's some pics of the results and shown with my M18-2. The revolver is wearing some smooth Rosewood targets that I got at the Ohio Gun Collector's show I went to. Also in the pic is a couple of family treasures, Mom's favorite necklace given to her from Dad on one of their many anniversaries and her Father's pocket watch.
As a side note, the targets still had the price sticker on the inside. I'd take a bunch for that price.
