K targets revitalized
A friend had these stocks that are sound but the finish was shot. He practically gave them to me. I used the good old Strip-Eze with 0000 steel wool, and finished them with several coats of hand rubbed tung oil. The 15-3 is my shooter and does have the original magnas, but these are just too nice. I especially like the flair below the back strap. No before pics but this is how they came out.

Excellent work! I've got a pair for a 66 no dash that I stripped but have not refinished yet as they have a chip in them that I have to fix first... Thanks for the inspiration, winter would be the perfect time for a task like yours.
