Default Sticky cylinder M-17

There is questions about sticky cylinders on the M-17. My couple of cents on this with my 1970 issue, was that the charge holes were not reamed all the way. I first had them polished and cleaned, didn't help much. Second opinion. The charged holes seemed not to be reamed all the way through. Job done, works. This was done years ago. I tried different brands of .22s they all stuck before the job. Just my nickels worth.
