Cabela's
Cabela's in Kearney has several M-15's , M-10's & M-13's that are parkerized for $400 each. I assume they must be a prison or armored car company trade ins guns from somewhere? whoever cleaned them up didn't oil them at all and they feel really dry and gritty. my feeling is that any one of them is at least $150 too much. I didn't see any markings pertaining to a particular prison. some of the front sights were even painted.

Several of those in my local Cabelas too. The asking prices are a little steep. They have or had a load of M64 or M65's that looked to be police or security trades that are also a bit cosmetically challenged. They've been steadily reducing the prices on them for the last several months.

I think that is typical Cabelas pricing. Most guns I see there are overpriced about that much (or more). I understand you can make an offer of a lower amount and sometimes get a better deal.

when the price goes down $150 to $200 I might look at one again. until then I will pass on them. there is no way you can put the same price on a M-10 and a M-15 in my opinion

I bought my M10 at the LGS for $290 and it is almost pristine. These prices are just stupid. But, it's a big franchise retailer, and mark-ups are usually pretty steep. The sad part is those guns would probably be good shooters if given some care. Too bad the prices will keep most new shooters away.
