Default 19-4 U.S. Customs Patrol 125 Anniversary.

I have come across one of the above. The condition is about 95% and has both boxes, all the paperwork and accessories in excellent condition.
The blueing and grips look great. A small negative is that one of the gold S&Ws has a little tarnish. Is that removable without harming anything? The price is $899. I'd love some opinions on the fairness of the price.
Thanks.

Generally once a commemorative has been fired it looses the collector value. So, what would you pay for a 19-4 95% with the accessories & doc's?
