Default 32-1 missing hammer nose

A friend at work sent me these pictures of a 32-1 he bought. He thought it was chambered in 38 spl I had to tell him it wasn't it is missing the nose he wanted to know what it was worth I told him in present shape just a guess $125-150 am I off on price I know pictures aren't great but best I have. Oh and he may offer it to me and I am not sure if I want it or not price will determine that but I want to be fair to him.

merl67, what did you find out?

I checked gunbroker.com and found 3 with "asking" prices of 400-500 each.

I wouldn't go much over $300 for it with the firing pin. I'd have to pass on it myself if the asking price was much over $250 as is. There's a reason that the Terrier (Model 32) was discontinued... it just doesn't have that much to recommend it over the Model 36, and buyers recognized that. JMHO, YMMV.
