Default Price check Mod 37 Chief Special Airweight

Local guy has a nib circa 1972 37 box tools papers never fired for $400. Im probably going to get it sounds like a good deal to me what do you think?

Apparently after messaging the seller he's informed me im 2nd in line, the seller says if he doesn't here back from the first guy its mine. Guess Ill find out tomorrow.
