Default Nickel 25-5 question

I have a friend who has a nickel 25-5 made in 1980. His wood presentation case has a red insert. Is this correct for the gun? I thought they used blue interior flocking.
Thanks!

The interior should be covered with a synthetic blue material. However, the original material deteriorated quickly and nearly all of these cases are relined (or need to be). I assume the case has the 25-5 pointing to the right with the accessories contained in a covered compartment below it.

Thanks Doc - yes, the gun is pointing to the right and the tools are in a covered compartment with a lid that has a brass knob that has a S&W logo on it.
Are all the interiors of that style box blue, or did some (maybe nickel guns) come in red?

As Doc said, they were all covered in synthetic blue material. Red was never used except maybe for a commemorative.
