Default Question For The Stock Experts/ RP's

I picked these up on line thinking they were J frame SB targets. No picture of the left side but they have the foot ball relief. After installing them on my old 37 they look more like they were made for the Regulation Police with rebated back strap. Any ideas?

Those are standard 1970s vintage target stocks designed to fit both round and square butt J-frames, hence the partially open backstrap.
