Default Model 15-3 Front sight attachment

Greetings all,
I would like to know whether the front sight on a Model 15-3 serial number K766XXX is fixed by being pinned into the ramp in the same way as a a Model 14 front sight is or whether it is it an integral part of the ramp and cannot therefore be easily changed

I believe it's part of the ramp.
