Question Model 19 Serial Number lookup

Found a 6" model 19 ser. # 7K89193 at a pawnshop. Anybody got a book that can tell me what year made, etc? Unfortunately the stock wood grips are gone, and some Pachmeyer round butt grips are on it. I've been out of the loop for a couple years now. What would a set of Magnum stock grips cost me?

Default Round butt

Yeah, these are the round butt black rubber that have a screw in the bottom that tightens a clamp on the bottom of the frame.

What's the dash number (19-X)?

Were there any 6" M19's produced in RB?

If you have pix with the grips removed please post them. I'm wondering if someone RB'd a SB.

Sorry, missed that last post 'til today July 26. It was a pawnshop gun and now it's down the road somewhere.
