I have one that dates to the early '60's that is carried & shot regularly. Congrats on getting one of the all time great J's.

Serial number is AWT48XX which makes this a '87/'88 I believe.

Nice gun and great carry piece. The artifacts look like something out of my pocket 40 years ago.

You have the best pocket gun ever made.

The M38 is my favorite revolver for practical self defense.

Ah...The Airweight 38..one of my all time faves!
Nice find.Enjoy it.

But I like a little bling...

And classic leather to go with it...

How cruel to wave a magnificent J-frame like that in front of a J-hound like me. With me being unable to buy it... I also like the accoutrements in the photos; is that a standard pattern on the lighter? The knife is beyond cool!

I've always had trouble controlling the old aluminum frame Js. I might stick with wadcutters and standard velocity 158gr service ammo. The sights are regulated for service ammo.

Thanks, I like the props too, especially since they are estate items from my wife's great grandfather. The lighter is pretty neat (her grandfathers) and it's never been used. The opposite side has the same markings but with his company's name.

I used to have a lighter like that, but it had a ZigZag man logo on it.

Nice snubby, I like it. I carry a 442 but I'm not prejudiced, I like all the J frame snubbies.
Ya need a nice holster to go with that lighter.

Default attn snubbyfan

Only snubbyfan would try to sell a holster for a lighter. They'd better re-open that deli in town before things really get desperate. Or is it the pizza place? Say hello to Zachary for me.
