Got an older gentleman looking to downsize his collection, want to offer a fair price but not top dollar

Here are the guns

Model 36, flat latch 38 SP, 2" square butt, box and docs, Diamond grips, condition 97-99% Blued serial #173368

Model 36 Flat latch 38 sp, 3" square butt, Box , no docs (repop end tag by the looks of it) Diamond grips, 96-98%, blued serial # 374484

Model 67 4" Stainless 38 sp, square butt, box & some docs, service grips with a couple small dents. 97-98% Serial #5K96765

if I wanted them I would offer $400.00 each for the 36s and $450.00 for the 67.

A clean, M36 flat latch in the condition you describe is worth between $500-$700 easily.

Thats kinda what I have been finding George, matter of fact seemed to me the 36's in mint cond, may bring as much if not a little more than the 67 . . .

FYI this 67 does not have a SS rear sight, should it?
